i was reading a comment on the blucig forum and was told by Nikko that the elite carts will fit the blu atty you just have to back it off a tad. Now i was wondering that with the newer XL carts i see have come out just wondering if these would make a perfect fit because they are a tad bigger.

They'll still need to be backed off because the inner cart is bigger also. If you look at a Blu atty and an Elite atty you can see why.

that does kinda answer my next question. Now the only batt that will fit in the elite pcc is their own b/c they are reverse threaded correct?

They aren't reverse threaded but different models have different fittings. I can put a Blu atty on my Elite battery. It works but it doesn't screw all the way down because the Elite fitting is shallower. A Blu batt won't charge in the Elite PCC because the Blu fitting is deeper so it doesn't make contact.
